Thank you so much for joining us in this interview series. Before we dive into our discussion about communication, our readers would love to “get to know you” a bit better. Can you share with us the backstory about what brought you to your specific career path?

My journey into this unique career path began in earnest in 2013 with transformational coaching, where I witnessed firsthand the extraordinary career leaps and income growth of my clients. While I had been working with leaders and executives, it wasn’t until 2020 that my focus pivoted more specifically toward companies. This shift was partly inspired by a shaman’s insight, suggesting that my skills could be beneficial in a corporate setting. Initially, I was skeptical about the idea of a company hiring a healer or an intuitive coach. However, as the results continued to speak for themselves, the universe seemed to align with this suggestion. Remarkably, within a single week, three different individuals independently proposed that I should extend my services to companies. This synchronicity was a clear sign for me, marking a significant turning point in my career and leading me to the path I am on today.

You are a successful leader. Which three character traits do you think were most instrumental to your success? Can you please share a story or example for each?

As a leader in my field, I attribute my success to three key character traits, each underpinned by a defining experience:

Embracing My Identity: Initially, I grappled with owning and sharing what I did, especially given the mixed perceptions surrounding psychics and intuitive consultants. However, a turning point came when I fully embraced my unique identity. I acknowledged the extraordinary results my clients were achieving, which was a testament to my abilities. Once I owned this truth, opportunities began to materialize seemingly out of nowhere. It was as if the universe responded to my newfound confidence.

Establishing Boundaries: In the early stages of my career, I often found myself inundated with requests for intuitive insights, not just from clients but also from friends. Eager to help, I would respond to these queries incessantly, only to realize later how draining it was. Learning to set boundaries was crucial. It not only preserved my energy but also helped me provide more focused and effective guidance to those who sought my help.

Surrendering and Trusting: This trait is about letting go and trusting the process. A prime example is the journey of my book, “Get Aligned Now.” I was in talks with a publisher, but intuitively, I felt the book needed to be released in 2019 without delay. Despite the allure of traditional publishing, I chose to self-publish. This decision, rooted in surrender and trust, proved to be the right one. It taught me that when we release our tight grip on our desires and trust the flow, we are often guided to make decisions that not only benefit our own goals but also serve the greater good of humanity.

These traits have been instrumental in shaping my journey and continue to guide me as I navigate the ever-evolving landscape of intuitive business consulting.

Leadership often entails making difficult decisions or hard choices between two good paths. Can you share a story with us about a hard decision or choice you had to make as a leader? I’m curious to understand how these challenges have shaped your leadership.

Navigating the realm of leadership often involves confronting challenging decisions, where the path forward isn’t always clear-cut. However, in my line of work, and for my clients, the unique aspect is the significant reduction in decision-making fatigue. The process of making decisions becomes more streamlined and intuitive. The real challenge lies in cultivating trust in these decisions, knowing they align with the highest and best outcomes.

To illustrate, there’s a transformative journey that many of my clients undergo. Initially, some may harbor skepticism or uncertainty about the intuitive guidance provided. But as they engage more deeply with the process, a shift occurs. They begin to witness firsthand how this guidance consistently leads to favorable and impactful outcomes. This experience is not just about making decisions; it’s about learning to trust an inner wisdom that often defies conventional logic.

This approach has profoundly shaped my leadership style. It’s about leading with intuition, and fostering a deep sense of trust, both in myself and in those I guide. It’s a testament to the power of intuitive decision-making, not just as a tool for business strategy, but as a transformative force for personal and professional growth.

What do you believe are the top five concerns currently preoccupying the minds of C-suite executives, and why?

1 . Not Making Payroll: The fear of not meeting financial obligations is not just about numbers; it’s about the responsibility leaders feel towards their team. It’s a concern that questions their capability and shakes the very foundation of their leadership.

The concern of not meeting payroll is a burden that predominantly weighs on the shoulders of CEOs and CFOs. This was highlighted when I conducted an inquiry among multiple CEOs and business owners, revealing that this issue ranks high among their top fears. The responsibility they feel extends beyond their own families to include the families of their employees, creating a profound sense of accountability.

In my experience, having access to a confidante, like myself or another coach, can significantly alleviate these pressures. It offers them a safe space to express their concerns without the fear of judgment. This aspect of my work is crucial, as it’s not just about addressing immediate financial worries. Even in times of financial abundance, the fear of not making payroll can be deeply ingrained.

The way we work involves more than just providing a listening ear; it’s about actively working to dismantle these subconscious blocks. By doing so, I help these leaders attain a more positive and empowered state of mind. This shift is vital, as it enables them to approach their roles with greater clarity and confidence, ultimately benefiting their entire organization.

2 . Being Irrelevant: In a rapidly evolving landscape, the fear of becoming obsolete is real. This concern is not just about market relevance but also about personal and professional legacy.

In my work, I’ve encountered firsthand the stark realities of relevance and adaptability in business. Two contrasting experiences with startup companies illustrate this vividly.

The first involves a company that had successfully operated in another country and was attempting to replicate its model in the United States. Despite my consultations with the CEO and Leadership, offering guidance on the challenges and adaptations needed for the U.S. market, they chose to proceed with their original plan. Unfortunately, this decision led to significant missteps. They burned through $100 million in funding and ultimately lost the company. This was a stark reminder that success in one context doesn’t guarantee success in another, especially when leaders are resistant to adapting their strategies based on intuitive and market insights.

On the other hand, another client, also a startup, faced immense pressure in achieving profitability. When I started working with them, I immediately sensed that their current path wasn’t optimal. I proposed an alternative strategy, which initially seemed counterintuitive and challenging for them to accept. However, recognizing the need to stay relevant and adaptable, they ultimately decided to trust the channeled intuitive guidance. This decision marked a turning point for them. By embracing a new approach, they not only sustained their business but are thriving today.

These experiences underscore the critical importance of adaptability and openness to intuitive guidance in business. While the first company’s reluctance to adapt led to its downfall, the second company’s willingness to embrace change and trust in unconventional wisdom paved the way for its ongoing success and relevance.

3 . Losing Great Employees or Offending Them because of One Wrong Statement: Talent is the backbone of any organization. The departure of a valuable team member is not just a logistical issue but a blow to the collective morale and a challenge to the leader’s ability to maintain a cohesive unit.

The challenge of losing talented employees or inadvertently offending them due to miscommunication is increasingly relevant in the context of the Great Resignation. This phenomenon has seen a shift in priorities, with personal and mental well-being taking precedence over traditional career goals. This, combined with the constantly evolving HR guidelines on workplace conduct, creates a complex landscape for leaders and organizations.

I am currently assisting a client who is diligently working to support their employees while carefully navigating these boundaries. The objective is not just about meeting business goals but also ensuring employee satisfaction and happiness. This balancing act can be particularly tricky, as the aim is to maintain a productive yet harmonious work environment.

In addressing these challenges, my approach often involves exploring deeper psychological and experiential factors. This might include examining past life situations or childhood experiences that could be impacting current workplace dynamics. The idea is to heal these deeper issues, thereby effecting positive change in the workforce.

Moreover, our philosophy is that everything happens for a reason. By confronting and dealing with these underlying emotions and experiences, we not only resolve the present situation but also potentially prevent similar issues from arising in the future. This approach is about more than just fixing immediate problems; it’s about fostering a deeper understanding and creating a more empathetic and cohesive workplace culture. This not only helps in retaining talent but also in building a resilient and emotionally intelligent team.

4 . Not Enough Time to Enjoy Life: The pursuit of success often comes at the expense of personal time and well-being. Leaders are increasingly asking, “Is it all worth it?” as they struggle to find a balance between professional achievements and personal happiness.

The relentless pursuit of success often leads to a significant trade-off in personal time and well-being. This dilemma is increasingly prompting leaders to question the true value of their professional achievements against the backdrop of personal happiness.

In my experience working with CEOs, the concept of a 24/7 work schedule is not just a cliché but a reality. Many of them find themselves on calls at odd hours, especially when dealing with international markets, on top of managing the myriad responsibilities and fears that come with leadership. This issue isn’t exclusive to CEOs; even those not at the helm experience similar challenges. The consequences are tangible — I’ve seen clients grappling with heart disease, strained family relationships, and an inability to enjoy what should be restful downtime due to the stresses of their roles.

However, when energetic support is introduced into their lives, a noticeable shift occurs. The weight of their fears begins to lighten, and both life and work start to feel more manageable. This support doesn’t just alleviate stress; it transforms their perspective. One client compared one aspect of my role to that of a supportive parent cheering from the sidelines at a baseball game — a presence that brings peace and encouragement.

It’s important to recognize that while the demanding situations of leadership may not disappear, the approach to handling them can evolve. This involves making different choices and boundaries, such as trusting in one’s team and delegating effectively. By doing so, leaders can create space in their lives for well-being and enjoyment, balancing the scales between professional success and personal fulfillment.

5 . Imposter Syndrome: Even the most accomplished leaders occasionally doubt their worthiness. This internal struggle can be paralyzing, affecting decision-making and risk-taking capabilities.

Imposter Syndrome is a phenomenon that, despite its prevalence, often remains a silent struggle, especially among accomplished leaders. This internal conflict, characterized by self-doubt and a sense of unworthiness, is not frequently acknowledged, yet it’s a reality I encounter regularly in my work.

Many clients might not openly admit to experiencing Imposter Syndrome, but through intuitive sensing, I often detect its presence. For instance, I’ve encountered clients who question their own legitimacy, wondering, “Why me? Why would anyone trust me with such responsibility?” This self-doubt, while a common human experience, needs to be addressed proactively. If left unchecked, it can significantly cloud judgment and hinder the ability to make optimal decisions for both the team and the company.

The key to combating Imposter Syndrome lies in recognizing and validating these feelings, then working through them. It’s about shifting the focus from self-doubt to the tangible achievements and the unique value one brings to their role. By confronting and overcoming these internal barriers, leaders can regain confidence in their decision-making and risk-taking capabilities, ultimately leading their teams and companies with greater assurance and effectiveness.

In the face of rapid technological advancements and market shifts, do you find that you need to constantly recalibrate your strategies to ensure sustained growth?

In today’s rapidly evolving business landscape, the need for strategic recalibration is a common theme for many companies. However, our business has primarily thrived on a referral-based model. The majority of our clients come through personal recommendations, with only a few discovering us more serendipitously.

While we recognize the potential benefits of leveraging technological advancements for business growth, our journey has not heavily relied on this approach so far. That said, we are aware of the untapped opportunities that technology presents. As we continue to grow and evolve, we are considering a closer examination of how these technological tools and platforms can be integrated into our strategy. This exploration is about finding the right balance between maintaining the personal, referral-based approach that has been the cornerstone of our success, and embracing new technologies that could further enhance our reach and impact.

In essence, our expansion has been in alignment with the natural progression of our company. Yet, as we look to the future, we are open to and actively considering how a more technology-focused approach could play a role in our continued growth and success.

With the emergence of AI, blockchain, and other transformative technologies, how do you determine which tech trends are worth investing in?

Intuitive Alignment and Core Values: The foremost criterion in evaluating any technology is its alignment with the intuitive ethos of Londyn Heights. Before considering the practical aspects, it’s essential to ‘feel into’ the technology — does it resonate on an intuitive level with your mission of providing psychic and intuitive business consulting? This intuitive screening ensures that any technology you consider is not just innovative but also harmoniously aligned with your core values and vision. If a technology feels intuitively right and enhances your ability to deliver profound insights and strategies to CEOs and business owners, it merits further exploration.

Client-Centric Evaluation: Assess the impact of the technology on your clients. Will it improve their experience or provide new ways for them to achieve success? Technologies like AI could be used to analyze market trends and provide data-driven insights, complementing your intuitive approach.

Sustainability and Scalability: Look at the sustainability and scalability of the technology. It’s important to invest in technologies that can grow with your business, ensuring long-term viability.

Cost-Benefit Analysis: Conduct a thorough cost-benefit analysis. The technology should make economic sense for your business model and lead to tangible benefits, such as enhanced efficiency or new capabilities.

Pilot Testing and Feedback: Before fully committing, consider pilot testing the technology. This allows you to evaluate its effectiveness and gather feedback, which is crucial for making a final decision.

Staying Informed and Agile: Keep abreast of emerging trends and continuously reassess your technology portfolio. Remaining agile and open to change is key in a rapidly evolving tech landscape.

By integrating intuitive guidance with these practical considerations, you can make informed decisions about which technological trends align best with the unique needs and goals of Londyn Heights, ensuring that any investment is both intuitively and practically sound.

With increasing digital threats, how are you prioritizing cybersecurity, and what measures are you taking to protect your organization’s assets?

We recognize the importance of cybersecurity in today’s digital landscape. To safeguard our organization’s assets, we prioritize security protocols, including regular system updates on digital security best practices.

As a top executive, how do you manage stress and maintain mental well-being? Do you have any personal practices or routines that help you stay centered?

Stay centered, connected, and grounded is number one. I dedicate 30 minutes to an hour each day to meditation and channeling. This practice not only helps in clearing my mind but also in aligning my thoughts and energies, which is essential for the intuitive aspect of my work and my clients.

Additionally, spending time outdoors is a non-negotiable part of my day, even if it’s just a simple activity like walking my dogs. Being in nature has a grounding effect on me, helping to restore balance and perspective amidst the demands of my professional life. This combination of meditation, channeling, and connecting with nature forms the cornerstone of my approach to personal well-being, enabling me to lead with clarity and calmness.

What habits or practices have been most instrumental in your personal and professional growth?

Around consistently honing our intuitive abilities and expanding our knowledge. Our team regularly engages in sessions designed to enhance our intuitive skills and guidance. This consistent practice is vital for elevating our capabilities in providing intuitive and psychic business consulting.

Additionally, we actively seek out external courses and learning opportunities that resonate with us and feel expansive. This commitment to continuous learning not only broadens our horizons but also deepens our expertise, allowing us to offer more comprehensive and insightful guidance to our clients.

The key to our growth has been this blend of consistent internal development and external learning. It ensures that we are always evolving, both as individuals and as a team, and staying at the forefront of our field. This approach has been fundamental in enabling us to deliver the highest level of service and support to our clients.

The business world is evolving faster than ever. How do you ensure you’re constantly updating your knowledge and staying ahead of the curve?

In an ever-evolving business landscape, staying ahead of the curve is crucial. At Londyn Heights, our approach is deeply rooted in spiritual guidance. We place our trust in a higher power — be it God, the Universe, or the collective spiritual wisdom — to lead us towards the knowledge and insights we need.

This spirit-led approach ensures that we are not just keeping pace with the latest trends and developments, but also aligning our growth and learning with a greater purpose. It’s about more than staying current; it’s about contributing to the evolution of humanity in the most loving and impactful way possible.

By relying on this divine guidance, we find ourselves naturally drawn to the resources, experiences, and connections that help us expand our understanding and enhance our services. This method allows us to remain at the forefront of our field, both in terms of business acumen and spiritual insight, ensuring that we continue to offer the highest level of intuitive and psychic business consulting to our clients.

The importance of diversity and inclusion in the workplace has been emphasized more than ever. Do you have any initiatives promoting diversity and inclusion in your organization?

In our organization, while we are a small team of five, the importance of diversity and inclusion is not lost on us. We understand that these values are crucial in creating a rich and dynamic workplace. Being closely aligned in our mission and values, we naturally foster an environment where diverse perspectives are valued and inclusion is a given.

We recognize that each team member brings unique experiences and insights, which are invaluable to our collective success and the intuitive and psychic business consulting services we offer. Our goal is to continue nurturing this environment, ensuring that as we expand, diversity and inclusion remain at the heart of our team dynamics.

Can you share a piece of feedback or advice you received that significantly altered your leadership approach or philosophy?

It might be rare, yet in our business, we’ve cultivated an environment where honesty and open feedback are not just welcomed, but deeply valued. This approach has significantly influenced my leadership style and philosophy. One piece of advice that stands out and has profoundly altered my approach is the understanding that when feedback or a situation triggers an emotional response, it’s an opportunity for healing and growth, both personally and professionally.

This perspective has been instrumental in shaping the culture at our company. We approach each interaction with honesty, coupled with gratitude and love. This ethos is central to the work of our intuitive consultants. We recognize that each of us is on a journey of personal development, and at the same time, we are united in our collective mission to support and uplift leaders around the world.

Embracing this philosophy has not only enhanced our internal dynamics but also enriched the way we engage with our clients. It ensures that we are constantly evolving and improving, both as individuals and as a team dedicated to making a positive impact.

You are a person of great influence. If you could start a movement that would bring the most amount of good to the most amount of people, what would that be? You never know what your idea can trigger. 🙂

I’m thrilled to share that I’ve recently embarked on a movement that aligns perfectly with this vision. We’ve launched ZoeSpace.co this month, a platform designed to create a profound impact on a global scale. Our mission is to reach as many people as possible, fostering a community where individuals can engage with energetic containers and zones that elevate their vibrational frequency.

At ZoeSpace.co, we believe in the transformative power of good vibes, innovation, accomplishment, and peace. Our members can choose to step into a specific ‘zone’ based on the vibe they need at that moment. This could range from seeking inspiration and creativity to finding tranquility and balance. As our members shift their energy within these zones, they experience corresponding positive changes in their lives. Each person elevating to a level of love can support 750,000 people around them.

Knowing this, our ambitious goal is to serve 0.5% of the world’s population, elevating an awareness of love and peace. While this may seem audacious, we firmly believe in its feasibility. We envision a world where individuals are empowered to make a difference, not just in their own lives but in the broader context of global consciousness. By fostering a community centered on high-vibrational living, we aim to catalyze a ripple effect of positivity and transformation across the globe.
